The WEC Awards is the occasion to reward the work of national federations in advancing the private employment services industry and the enhancement of labour markets. Winning a WEC Award is a great opportunity to showcase to industry peers, clients, partners and stakeholders the concrete contribution that private employment services organisations bring to society.

Three categories are open to competition:

  • “Leadership in Social Innovation”
  • “Outstanding Advocacy”
  • “Rising Federation”

The competition is open to all WEC National Federations members. Applications should be submitted through a dedicated online platform. The application deadline is 17 September 2021. Finalists will be notified early November and Awards will be handed out on 9 December 2021 during an online ceremony.
