Data Visualiser & Content Creator

World Employment Confederation (WEC), the voice of the private employment services industry at the global and regional levels, is looking for a Data Visualiser & Content Creator to join its international hybrid team. In this newly created role, you will lead the development of visual communications materials from the rich pool of data, reports and policy/regulatory analysis of the organisation, contributing heavily to reaching WEC’s Advocacy and Thought Leadership and enhancing the organisations visbility. You will also manage the organisation’s website content and social media accounts, elevating the visibility of WEC’s messaging online and on-site.

The role can be executed in hybrid manner through online interaction with the growing WEC-Head Office Team currently based in Brussels. Applications from different regions are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Social Media campaign plans to leverage milestone moments in the year.
  • Develop communications materials and implement activities to reach WEC’s strategic objectives, in collaboration with WEC team members.
  • Run WEC’s digital channels (websites and social media), including editorial planning, content creation (copywriting and visual), community management and analytics.
  • Create communications visuals (images as well as audiovisual materials) and messaging adapted to social media and website in close collaboration with other WEC colleagues and departments (public affairs, labour market intelligence, membership and partnership development, events).
  • Create visual illustrations of WEC strategy, activities and messaging for internal and external purposes (including infographics, PowerPoint etc).
  • Compile and draft monthly newsletters, Best of WEC, and In the Know insights as well as yearly Annual Report in close collaboration with WEC HO Team and members.
  • Ensure brand visibility and consistency across WEC meetings, events, online channels and reports.
