Artificial Intelligence plays a key role to improve European labour markets. It supports people to find better jobs and supports workers and businesses to improve their performance for growth, safety and sustainability.
As the European Union sets out to promote the adaptation of responsible AI in the EU, the World Employment Confederation-Europe brings together stakeholders to showcase and discuss how this can be done in a changing world of work.
The event will focus on how AI applications can be used to support jobseekers, workers and employers find a better labour market match. Real world examples will be showcased. This will set the scene for MEPs, stakeholders and other participants to address how the EU can secure responsible use of AI to promote better labour market functioning, and sustainable and inclusive employment in Europe.
